A set monthly rate with no placement fees. This structure is valuable for companies who need recruiting guidance and want embedded full-time hiring support in their team, whether you have an existing recruiting function or not. We work with you to establish mutual incentives that allow us work across multiple roles or build recruiting infrastructure, without creating a high overhead cost associated with individual placement fees.

CONTINGENCY

A percentage-based fee, payable upon a candidate start date. This offering is helpful for any size company with the desire to try before you buy. We present an initial batch of candidates, leverage our vast Product networks, and work exclusively with your internal team to narrow in on an ideal profile. It's our less embedded approach, and most beneficial if you want to add 1-4 people to your team without the need for full-time recruiting support.

CONTAINED

This is our hybrid approach, combining elements of both the retained and contingency searches. We charge a smaller monthly fee, along with a smaller placement fee once a hire starts. You will have access to part-time embedded recruiting support across one or multiple roles, with predictable recruiting spend in lieu of or working alongside your internal talent team.
